Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien - Editor-in-Chief of Lao Dong Newspaper - shared that more than 30 years ago, Lao Dong Newspaper laid the first foundation in the Central region by opening a representative office in Da Nang. From the early days of many difficulties, the team of cadres and reporters have made continuous efforts to accompany the development of Quang Nam - Da Nang and the Central - Central Highlands region.

The newly inaugurated headquarters today was built on a land area of over 500m2, including 1 basement, 8 upper floors, with a total floor area of over 2,800m2. Not only a spacious and modern project, this building also has a symbolic meaning for the long-term and lasting attachment of Lao Dong Newspaper to the Central region.

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hien assigned the Central Office to promote the effectiveness of the new headquarters in a professional, creative and sustainable manner. Symbol of a strong transformation
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Chi Cuong - Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City - shared that Lao Dong Newspaper was one of the first central newspapers to set up a representative office in Da Nang City - more than 30 years ago, at a time when Da Nang was not as developed as it is today. Since the early days of many difficulties, the newspaper has always accompanied, closely followed and vividly reflected all aspects of social life of the city and the region.

Mr. Tran Chi Cuong believes that the inauguration of the new headquarters today is not only the result of investment in facilities, but also a symbol of a strong transformation of Lao Dong Newspaper in the Central region, reflecting the spirit of innovation and aspiration to reach higher.
