On the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2025, with the aim of organizing rich and practical activities, innovating the care activities of the Trade Union organization, contributing to bringing a warm and full Tet to union members, workers and families during the coming of the Lunar New Year 2025, bringing quality goods and products (commodities) of domestic enterprises and units (enterprises) to a large number of union members and workers, promoting the application of information technology, digital transformation in trade union activities in general, activities to care for union members and workers in particular, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor has coordinated with partners to organize the online program "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2025" (0025) to sell goods of domestic enterprises at high quality, with preferential prices for trade union members and workers. Accordingly, the 2025 Program has attracted the participation of many enterprises with nearly 200,000 union members supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to purchase goods from enterprises at the 2025 Program, with a total value of nearly 90 billion VND, recognized and highly appreciated by authorities at all levels, enterprises, union members and society.
With the practical results achieved in the 2025 Program, on the occasion of the Lunar New Year 2026, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor continues to organize the online program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026", the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor respectfully invites businesses to participate in introducing and selling goods at the online program "Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" (Project 2026). Specific information is as follows:
1. Time of organization: From 0:00 on December 20, 2025 to 24:00 on February 3, 2026 (ie 0:00 on November 1 to 24:00 on December 16, 2025).
2. 2026 Program website: Address: https://chotet.congdoan.vn/ or application on the 2026 Program smart device on iOS or Android platform.
3. Organization scale: Nationalwide.
4. Participants: Union members of the Vietnam Trade Union system.
5. Subjects supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor
Number of supported units: 200,000 people.
Support amount: 500,000 VND/person. Total support amount: 100 billion VND.
6. Goods for sale at the 2026 Program
Goods serving the essential needs of union members during Tet and consumer products, specifically:
- Food, foods: Rice, nuts; dried foods for Tet ( Com, vermicelli, mushrooms, wood ear, dried agricultural products...); cakes, jams, candy; packaged and canned processed foods; spices (salt, sugar, powder, seasoning, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili sauce...); other foods and foods.
- Drinks: Beer, wine, soft drinks and other drinks.
- gift packages, Tet gift baskets.
- Decorations and products related to Tet.
- Other products: Garment, chemicals, electronics, household appliances...
7. How to participate in selling goods and paying at the 2026 Program
Step 1: Register to participate in the 2026 Program Enterprises register to participate in the 2026 Program and sign an agreement to participate in the 2026 Program with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Step 3: sell goods and deliver goods Enterprises receive orders to buy goods and deliver goods to union members.
Step 4: Payment for goods The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor pays for goods sold to enterprises according to the quantity of goods sold during the 2026 Program and has successfully delivered them to union members in the list in Section 5 above.
Note: Only union members supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor are on the list in Section 5 to participate in the 2026 Program.
III. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ENTERPRISES PARTICIPATING IN THE 2026 PROGRAM
1. Interest
- Free arrangement of booths for selling goods.
- Introduce the enterprise's brand to union members in the system of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the website and application of the 2026 Program.
- Receive payment for goods sold according to an agreement with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
2. Responsibilities of enterprises
- Goods sold at the Program must be self-produced or imported, exchanged, bought and sold by enterprises and the goods must be safe, of good quality, clear origin, goods, invoices, documents are complete, and have a validity period (at least 6 months, allowed for circulation), ensuring after-sales service.
- The price of goods sold at the Program must be at least 10% lower than the listed price on the enterprise's products or the selling price on the normal market.
- Ensure that the quantity of goods sold is enough to meet the needs of union members during the Program.
- Promotions are applied simultaneously with other promotional programs of the currently applying enterprise (if any).
- Free transportation of goods at the 2026 Program.
- Carry out registration procedures and pay and settle the sale of goods according to the agreement with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
- send representatives to participate in Program implementation activities organized by trade unions at all levels when invited.
- Prioritize the participation of reputable essential goods sales enterprises, directly producing domestically and distributing, having a network of warehouses, sales, warranty, and customer care nationwide; have participated in the 2025 Program.
IV. PARTICIPATION REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Enterprises registering to participate in the 2026 Program (according to the attached form) must send to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (through the Labor Relations Department, 65 Quan Su, Cua Nam, Hanoi) no later than December 10, 2025.
