Through two rounds of judging, the Organizing Committee of the Contest selected the best works to award prizes to the two age groups from 6-10 and from 11-15, including 5 A prizes, 10 B prizes, 20 C prizes, 30 secondary prizes and movement prizes. The contest ended, the results were joy, excitement, and love for the Trade Union organization of both union members, workers and their children because this was a contest for children but had a great emotional impact on parents. In line with the theme of the Contest, the entries were diverse and rich in content and form. The layout and colors were harmonious, reasonable, balanced and beautiful, showing creativity and uniqueness in materials, bearing strong regional characteristics. The works reflected the thoughts and aspirations of children in many ways, with simple and impressive confidences expressing the children's love for their parents and relatives. Many works also realistically reflect the circumstances and family life of cadres, union members and workers.
Parents working in the banking industry were truly moved by their children’s deep sympathy and pride in their parents’ work. Some works also show the role, responsibility, and true value of the banking industry for the development of society and the country through the eyes of children.
Many union members and workers whose children participated in the Contest shared. The Contest has created a useful, interesting, and healthy playground for children, through the form of drawing, coloring, cutting and pasting, tearing and pasting, recycled materials, creating 2D, 3D collages... or using multiple materials at the same time in one work for the contest. Many people were surprised by the respect their children have for their parents' profession. The surprise was even greater when they learned about their children's dreams and thoughts about their work, about the agency where they are working... Not stopping there, during the process of creating the contest work, the children were guided towards safe and healthy development. This is the motivation for officers, civil servants and employees in the banking industry to be more active in their work as well as in their lives.
