    The allowance level of the commune police in 2025 is based on Circular 24/2012/TT-BCA.

    Accordingly, the regular police service allowance is equal to 25% of the salary level, salary level or salary level, plus leadership position allowance, seniority allowance exceeding the current framework (if any) (according to Article 3 of Circular 24/2012/TT-BCA).

    The formula for calculating the monthly allowance for public service in the People's Public Security is as follows:

    The monthly allowance for public service is = Salary coefficient of grade, rank or grade allowance coefficient + (more) leadership position allowance and seniority allowance exceeding the current framework (if any) x General minimum wage x 25%.

    The general minimum wage (basic salary) in 2025 is not expected to increase, so it will remain at 2.34 million VND/month.

    Regarding the salary of commune police and police officers in 2025, according to the 2018 Law on People's Public Security, the highest rank for regular commune police is Lieutenant Colonel corresponding to the position of Chief of Commune, Ward and Town Police.

    Therefore, the regular commune police salary in 2025 will be calculated from the rank of Lieutenant Colonel to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

    The salary is calculated by the formula: Salary = Basic salary x Salary coefficient.
