Promote advantages; detect limitations, shortcomings, defects and causes to promptly correct and overcome; warn, prevent and stop violations by trade union organizations and trade union officials.
Contribute to building a strong trade union organization, improving the quality and efficiency of trade union activities; protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members, civil servants and employees.
In 2025, the Inspection Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will inspect and supervise provincial and municipal labor federations, central industry unions, general corporation unions under the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor; public service units, trade union economics; trade unions directly superior to the grassroots level and grassroots trade unions.
It is expected that the VGCL Inspection Committee will inspect the trade union finances of 100 units, including 23 provincial and municipal labor federations, central industry unions; 8 public service and trade union economic units directly under the VGCL; 31 grassroots trade unions directly above the grassroots level; 38 grassroots trade unions with a large number of workers.
