On November 21, the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Federation of Labor organized a training course to improve knowledge and skills and update new regulations and policies in trade union work for nearly 100 trade union officials from affiliated trade unions.
The delegates were informed of important contents such as: Organization and implementation of the Law on Protection of State Secrets; introduction of new points in Decision No. 933/QD-TLD on the types, issuing authority, format and presentation techniques of documents of trade union organizations; detailed instructions on statistics and reporting of trade unions. Key contents related to emulation and reward work of the Thua Thien Hue Provincial Federation of Labor and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor were also thoroughly grasped.
The training course not only provided theoretical knowledge but also provided an opportunity for union officials to directly discuss and resolve difficulties and problems in the process of performing tasks at the grassroots level. Many practical opinions were exchanged, contributing to clarifying regulations and creating consensus in implementing tasks in the coming time.
