In order to improve legal knowledge on Labor Law, Trade Union Law, Social Insurance Law, Traffic Safety Law... for union members and workers, Hai Duong City Labor Federation coordinated with Binh Han Ward Union (Hai Duong City) to organize a conference to disseminate legal knowledge to prevent fraud in cyberspace and traffic safety among union members and workers in the boarding house area.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang - President of the Hai Duong City Labor Federation, workers are vulnerable to cybercrime. Especially at the end of the year, cybercrime tends to increase and become more complicated.
Despite repeated warnings from authorities, many workers continue to fall victim to cybercrime with sophisticated tricks and tactics.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang added that Binh Han Ward is located near National Highway 5 and is a place where many workers rent houses. Therefore, this area has many potential traffic safety risks.
Through the conference, union members and workers of the boarding house area in Binh Han ward were able to improve their legal knowledge to prevent fraud in cyberspace and traffic safety.
At the conference, union members and workers of Binh Han ward were informed about scams on the internet, such as pretending to be bank employees to upgrade bank accounts, scamming in the form of winning prizes, impersonating the Social Insurance agency, recruiting collaborators at home...
