Nghe An - In 2026, the province will organize 3 large-scale Job Fairs, meeting the recruitment needs of more than 30,000 workers.

On January 19, information from the People's Committee of Nghe An province said that the province will organize a series of 2026 Job Fairs to connect labor supply and demand, meeting the increasing human resource needs of businesses in the Southeast Economic Zone and industrial parks in the area, with a plan to recruit more than 30,000 workers.

According to the People's Committee of Nghe An province, this policy was agreed upon in Document No. 532/UBND-CN issued on January 14, 2026. Based on reviewing actual needs, businesses operating in the Southeast Economic Zone and industrial parks alone need to recruit about 32,000 workers in 2026.

To solve the problem of human resource shortage, Nghe An province plans to organize 3 large-scale Job Fairs in key areas. The first phase takes place on February 28, 2026 at VSIP Nghe An Industrial Park, with the participation of 15-20 businesses, recruiting more than 20,000 workers, focusing on the labor force in wards and communes in Vinh City in the past and the areas of Hung Nguyen, Nam Dan, Thanh Chuong, Tan Ky in the past.

Phase 2 is held in mid-April 2026 at WHA Nghe An Industrial Park, expected to attract 15-20 businesses to recruit more than 10,000 workers, targeting workers in communes in Nghi Loc, Dien Chau, Yen Thanh before.

Phase 3 is expected to take place in June 2026 at Hoang Mai 1 Industrial Park, with the participation of 8–10 businesses, recruiting over 3,000 workers, mainly in wards and communes belonging to Hoang Mai, Thai Hoa, Quynh Luu and Nghia Dan before.

In addition to the direct form, the People's Committee of Nghe An province directed the Department of Home Affairs to coordinate with the Employment Service Center to organize online job transaction sessions right at the event, creating conditions for businesses to interview and recruit workers who are from Nghe An working in other localities or abroad who need to return to their homeland to work.

The Southeast Economic Zone Management Board is assigned to preside over the development of scenarios, review recruitment needs and coordinate with media agencies to propagate about preferential treatment and working environment. The Department of Education and Training mobilizes final year students to participate; the Provincial Labor Federation supervises the implementation of regimes, policies and labor agreements at enterprises.

Businesses participating in the Job Fair must publicly and transparently disclose salary, bonus, social insurance and welfare regimes to attract workers.
