On April 16, in Quy Hop district, Nghe An Labor Cultural House in collaboration with the District Labor Union organized the program "Legal communication, skills to improve skills and cultural and art exchange among workers, officials and workers".
The program attracts the participation of more than 300 workers and employees from businesses in the area. This is a practical activity in the month of workers, in order to propagate deeply about labor laws, improve life skills, understand the safety, occupational hygiene and legal rights of workers.
At the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy - Head of Propaganda and Propaganda Department - the Labor Union of Nghe An Province - has conveyed many key contents in the current Labor Code. It emphasizes the role of compliance with safety and hygiene regulations at work, as well as risk control measures in the production process.
The legal contents are integrated vividly through the competition of knowledge, bonus games, helping workers easily remember and access information happily and effectively.
A special highlight of the program is the propaganda "respect for men and women" with a witty, profound way of expressing the message of gender equality, the rights of workers, receiving the response and laughter from the attendees. Besides, the exchange performances contribute to creating a lively atmosphere and cohesion workers.
Also within the framework of the event, Quy Hop District Labor Federation organized the launch of the workers' month and the month of action on occupational safety and hygiene in 2025. Here, the organizers presented 20 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances, encouraging them to continue to rise up in work and life.
