    According to the Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs of Hai Phong City (from reports from businesses and localities), the 2025 Lunar New Year bonus for employees of enterprises in the city is about 8.6 million VND/person on average. Most businesses pay a bonus equivalent to 1 month of basic salary.

    The average Tet bonus for Lunar New Year 2025 will increase slightly compared to the Tet bonus for Lunar New Year 2023 and 2024 (in 2024, the average bonus will be 8.5 million VND/person, in 2023, the average bonus will be 8.3 million VND/person - data from the Hai Phong City Labor Federation).

    Previously, as Lao Dong reported, information from the Hai Phong Economic Zone Trade Union, as of December 23, the Lunar New Year bonus of At Ty for employees of enterprises in industrial parks was an average of 1.15 months' salary/person, equivalent to about 13 million VND.
