Entering the fourth quarter of 2025, TKV Mining Geology Joint Stock Company (under the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group) launched a labor emulation movement in all units, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere, spreading the spirit of "discipline and Unity" in all cadres, workers and laborers.
In the context of rising prices of materials and fuel; complex construction terrain, drilling works with large depths ( many works are more than 1,000m deep); unfavorable weather... are significant pressures on the Company in performing production and business tasks in 2025.
To effectively implement the production task in the last months of 2025, the Mining Geology Company has organized many exciting emulation movements, aiming for the goal of high productivity - safety - quality - efficiency.
Cultural and sports activities are promoted such as exchanges in men's football and Pickleball; periodic health check-ups for female workers and workers working in harsh and toxic environments; and commendation of outstanding collectives and individuals in the movement "Good workers - Creative workers".

On the occasion of the 89th anniversary of the Mining Workers' Traditional Day - Coal Industry Traditional Day (November 12, 1930 - November 12, 2025), the Company organized many working groups to visit, encourage and give gifts to workers working at drilling sites in Cam Pha, Ha Long, the Center for Geological Minerals, mechanical workshops and the construction area of the Geological Hot Mineral Resort project.
The gifts, although simple, have great encouraging meaning, contributing to encouraging the enthusiastic spirit of labor and production.
With the forecast of harsh winter weather in 2025, the first cold air of the season appeared from the end of October with strong intensity, causing the temperature to drop sharply, the Company has proactively equipped the production teams with many tools and necessities for daily life and warmth such as rice cookers, super-fast warmers, heaters, hot water housers, blankets, heaters... so that workers can work with peace of mind.
