The emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Good at public affairs, good at housework" ... were vigorously implemented, creating a positive competitive atmosphere among all cadres and union members. The annual income of workers and laborers is guaranteed and increased every year, in 2025 it will average 11,477,000 VND/person/month.
In particular, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has coordinated with Trade Union Groups and professionals to promote the emulation movement to build strong and excellent Trade Unions; the emulation movement to save electricity, save production costs; the movement of technical innovation initiatives, rationalize production to improve labor productivity, and apply new technology to production. In recent years, many initiatives of union members have been recognized; from 2023 to 2025, union members have contributed 32 initiatives, benefiting the company nearly 13.2 billion VND.
The Congress agreed on 10 targets and 4 breakthroughs in the new term.
The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 4th term, 2025 - 2030, including 9 members and elected 2 delegates to attend the 1st Congress of the Dong Thap Provincial Trade Union for the 2025 - 2030 term.
At the first meeting of the new term Trade Union Executive Committee, Mr. Duong Van Phong was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union; Mr. Tran Ngo Quoc Trung was elected Vice Chairman of the Trade Union and Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
