On November 14, the Quang Tri Provincial Labor Federation announced that the Huong Hoa General Hospital Trade Union held its 2nd Congress, term 2025 - 2030 with the motto "Solidarity, democracy, discipline, innovation, development".
The Congress was attended by Comrade Hoang Van Tuan - Member of the Standing Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Labor Federation Trade Union Work Committee; Comrade Nguyen Viet Duc - Party Secretary, Director of the Hospital; along with the Board of Directors, representatives of trade union groups and a large number of union members and workers.
The report submitted to the Congress shows that in the 2023 - 2025 term, the Hospital Trade Union has proactively coordinated with the unit's leaders in caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, civil servants and workers. The trade union maintains good grassroots democracy regulations, organizes annual conferences for civil servants and workers; contributes to improving income, stabilizing ideology and creating motivation for medical staff and employees to confidently contribute.
Emulation movements such as "Good workers, creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene", along with the movement "Innovation in style, service attitude of medical staff towards patient satisfaction" continue to be promoted. The union also focuses on cultural - sports activities, social security, timely visits and support for union members in difficult circumstances, thereby strengthening internal solidarity and improving the professional quality and reputation of the Hospital.
At the Congress, delegates discussed many solutions to innovate trade union activities in the coming period, including emphasizing the promotion of digital transformation applications, promoting emulation movements, promoting the building of a "green - clean - beautiful" medical environment, improving expertise and developing new techniques in medical examination and treatment.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Huong Hoa General Hospital, term II, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 5 comrades.
