On November 29, the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) announced that the Trade Union of Tuyen Hoa Regional General Hospital held a Congress for the 2025-2030 term, attending and directing Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Vo Van Tien.
The Hospital's Trade Union currently has 161 union members working in 16 Trade Union Groups. In the 2023-2025 term, despite many difficulties, the Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative, caring for the lives of union members; coordinated professionally to improve working conditions, ensuring regimes and benefits for workers.
In the past 2 years, the Union has spent more than 100 million VND to visit union members and relatives; more than 400 million VND to buy Tet gifts; coordinated to organize 2 tours and tours for nearly 100 union members with a total cost of more than 300 million VND.
In addition, activities to care for union members' children such as International gifts for children, Mid-Autumn Festival, rewarding excellent students... are maintained regularly; the "Tet Sum Vay" program supports union members in difficult circumstances and policy families.
Emulation movements, especially "Good workers, creative workers", have been effectively implemented, contributing to improving the professional quality of the medical team.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 9 comrades; elected the Standing Committee of 3 comrades. Mr. Truong Minh Hai was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union, term VII, 2025-2030.
