During the past term, the workers' movement and the activities of the company's Trade Union have had many innovations in content and methods suitable to the actual situation at the unit. The Trade Union organization is increasingly stable, regularly caring for, consolidating, and improving the quality of activities; performing well the function of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

On the occasion of the Lunar New Year every year, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union has organized many activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of union members and employees, such as the "Tet Sum Vay" program, cultural and artistic activities with a total amount of nearly 370 million VND; visited and supported union members in their illness with a total amount of 13 million VND.
The Executive Board of the Trade Union also coordinates with the Company's Board of Directors to organize periodic health check-ups for employees once a year and see a specialist for female employees. At the same time, organize and support the cost of sightseeing and vacations for employees with an amount of nearly 1.39 billion VND.
Regarding the emulation movement, every year, the unit has over 100% of units and employees achieving the title of Advanced Worker. Of which, 15% achieved the title of grassroots emulation fighter with many initiatives that were highly effective. The work of developing union members has received special attention, with many propaganda sessions and movements launched to attract workers to participate.

Speaking at the Congress, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL), Member of the City Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation - acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Company's Trade Union, with many encouraging results in the past term. In particular, the Union and enterprises have contributed tens of billions of VND to social welfare activities.
In the 2025-2030 period, with many new requirements set out, the Chairman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation suggested that the grassroots trade unions need to focus on strongly innovating the content and methods of operation, focusing on the grassroots, taking union members and employees as the center; Extensively launching the patriotic emulation movement, encouraging initiatives, creativity, improving processes, improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of work; Building a team of union members with courage, discipline, responsibility, and readiness to adapt in the context of deep integration and digital transformation in corporate governance.

The Congress elected 5 comrades to the Executive Committee of the new term Trade Union; elected 1 official delegate and 1 alternate delegate to attend the 1st Congress of the Can Tho City Trade Union, term 2025-2030. Comrade Vo Minh Duy was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Hau Giang Lottery Company Limited for the 2025-2030 term.
