At the same time, strive for 100% of union members and workers to study to improve their educational qualifications, expertise, and professional skills; during the term, strive to introduce 3 to 5 outstanding union members for the Party to consider, train and admit; participate in signing many welfare programs for union members and workers; 100% of union members complete professional tasks, of which over 70% complete their tasks well or better; The Trade Union of the General Confederation of Labor - Ho Chi Minh City Branch achieves excellent completion of tasks.
The Congress also approved the decision to appoint the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the General Confederation Guest House - Ho Chi Minh City Branch with 5 members.
