According to the decision of Hai Phong City Social Insurance, Tenowo Hai Phong Company Limited ( DEEP C 2A Industrial Park, in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Economic Zone) was fined for paying social insurance (SI) and unemployment insurance (UI) for not having enough people eligible to participate in compulsory social insurance and HI without having to evade payment.
Accordingly, this company has not paid enough compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance to Mr. D.C.H in the amount of VND 117,955,480 (excluding interest); has not paid enough health insurance to Mr. D.C.H, in the amount of VND 19,599,480 (excluding interest).
Tenowo Hai Phong Company Limited was fined VND 100,000 for paying social insurance and unemployment insurance not exceeding the number of people subject to compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance but not evasion; fined VND 4,000,000 for paying health insurance not exceeding the number of people required to participate in health insurance when violating less than 10 employees. The total fine for the two violations is VND 4,100,000. This company does not have to apply additional penalties because on January 23, 2025, the company has paid the entire amount of compulsory social insurance and unemployment insurance.
