The Company's grassroots trade union has 419 union members, reaching a rate of over 95% of the total number of employees.

The Executive Committee of the Trade Union coordinated with the General Board of Directors to re-sign the Collective Labor Agreement with many benefits for union members and workers; Since 2023, the grassroots Trade Union has coordinated to organize 3 periodic dialogues at the workplace, organize 3 workers' conferences... to take care of Tet, visit and give gifts to union members and workers with billions of VND.
In the coming term, the company's grassroots union executive board strives for 100% of employees to join the union, with 95% of union members and employees being propagandized to study the Party's directives and resolutions, the State's laws and policies, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, etc.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor praised and congratulated the achievements that the Executive Committee of the company's grassroots trade union has achieved in the past time.
Mr. Nguyen Quoc Dung suggested that the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union should perform well the key tasks in the coming time such as:
Propose solutions to overcome existing limitations and shortcomings; make breakthroughs in caring for and protecting union members and workers, innovate methods of propaganda activities for union members, promote the work of building a strong union organization and developing excellent union members; Strongly promote the movement of good workers, creative workers, improve techniques to improve product productivity and quality, ensure labor safety; Continue to strengthen solidarity to help the activities of the Executive Committee of the grassroots union become more and more favorable.

Mr. Lai The Dong was re-elected as Chairman of the Trade Union of Long Thanh Golf Agency and Development Joint Stock Company for the 2025-2030 term.
