On October 1, in Lam Dong, a conference was held to disseminate policies and laws on labor, social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), unemployment insurance (UI), and taxes for businesses.
The conference also disseminated regulations on rights and obligations to participate in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance for employees and sanctions applied to violations.
The conference was organized by the Steering Committee for the implementation of social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance policies of Bao Loc City in coordination with Lam Dong Provincial Social Insurance.
The conference attracted nearly 130 units and businesses in Bao Loc city to participate.
According to the organizers, in recent years, the implementation of social insurance and health insurance policies in Bao Loc city has achieved important results.
The awareness of law compliance of units and enterprises is increasingly improved, the rights of workers are increasingly guaranteed, contributing to maintaining local social security.
However, according to data provided by the General Department of Taxation, currently, in Bao Loc City, there are still many workers who have settled personal income tax but have not participated in compulsory social insurance and health insurance.
Therefore, the conference provided information and disseminated the most basic and important contents on labor policies and laws, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance.
Thereby, employers and employees are clearly aware of their responsibilities and obligations to participate in compulsory social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance.
At the same time, clearly understand prohibited acts in the fields of labor, tax, social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance according to the provisions of law.
