At the conference, Vice Chairman of Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Phan Van Anh thoroughly grasped some contents of financial management and assets of trade union when dissolving, merging and consolidating; The payment of the regime for retired workers before age and some other contents related to finance and union assets.
