The State Treasury has just issued an official dispatch guiding the implementation of the policy on early retirement and termination of employment according to Decree 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree 67/2025/ND-CP.
Sub-section 1.5 Section 1 of Official Dispatch 5152/KBNN-TCCB in 2025 clearly states the process of evaluating early retirement and resignation when streamlining the apparatus as follows:
Step 1: Based on the evaluation criteria in Clause 1.3 Official Letter 5152/KBNN-TCCB in 2025, the unit leadership (the leadership of the State Treasury/collective leadership/collective leaders of the Regional State Treasury/Division Leadership) and the same level committee to organize the meeting to comment, evaluate and grades for each civil servant, officials and labor contracts at the provisions of the authorities at the provisions of the authority at the provisions of the authority in Cause 1.2 5152/KBNN-TCCB in 2025 (Form No. 01A, Form No. 01B). The results of the meeting were shown by the minutes.
Step 2: Units of the State Treasury summarize the results of evaluation and grading according to Form No. 02A and send a report to the Organization - Administration Department of the State Treasury. Organization - Administration Department summarizes the results of evaluation and grading according to Form No. 02B.
Step 3: Units under the State Treasury agency and the Organization - Administration Department under the KBNN of the area shall submit reports on the results of the assessment and scoring (according to Form No. 02A, Form No. 02B) to the State Treasury (officer Organization Committee).
