On November 12, information from Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor said that the unit had issued Notice No. 594 on registration to participate in the program "Collision wedding ceremony 2025".
Previously, on August 11, 2025, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor issued Document No. 447 on the survey to register to participate in the "Collision wedding ceremony in 2025". As a result, 16 pairs of union members and workers registered.
The program aims to honor traditional cultural values, build a civilized and frugal lifestyle in marriage, and at the same time support union members in difficult circumstances to realize their dream of a complete and warm wedding ceremony of the union.
Participating couples will be given a new lifestyle wedding ceremony, given wedding rings (1 tael of 9999 gold), wedding flowers, wedding cakes, curtainclothes, wedding photos measuring 60x90cm, and 2 sweet banquets (maximum 10 people/bank). In addition, the Provincial Federation of Labor also supports wedding dresses, makeup, photography and filming on the big day.
The participants are male and female workers who are union members, of which at least one of them must be union members of enterprises under the Nghe An Trade Union system with a union membership period of 6 months or more (as of November 2025). Special cases will be considered and decided by the Organizing Committee.
The Organizing Committee also prioritizes union members in difficult circumstances, from poor households, suffering from occupational diseases, work accidents, disabilities or low-income people. In case of having registered a marriage but not having the conditions to hold a wedding ceremony - even having a child - they are still considered for participation.
The Provincial Federation of Labor requires grassroots unions to propagate the meaning of the program, review and select qualified couples, and provide instructions on how to register according to the prescribed form. The documents include a registration form, a commitment, a copy of a citizen identification card, a 3x4 photo, a certificate of marital status (or a marriage registration), and related documents if in difficulty.
The dossier must be sent to Nghe An Provincial Federation of Labor before November 15, 2025 for selection and notifying specific plans to qualified couples.
