On the morning of October 17, the Nha Trang City Labor Federation, Khanh Hoa Province celebrated Vietnamese Women's Day, October 20, to honor the contributions and efforts of women in society in general and in trade unions in particular. Nearly 300 women working in trade unions from grassroots trade unions throughout Nha Trang City attended.
According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Bich Chi - Head of the Women's Union of Nha Trang City Labor Federation, Nha Trang currently has more than 15,000 workers, including more than 8,000 female workers.
With the glorious tradition of Vietnamese women, female workers in Nha Trang City have made many positive contributions to the development of the locality over the years. With the Trade Union organization, the role of female union officials has been further affirmed at the grassroots level with dynamic, creative examples, actively caring for the lives of union members and workers... To concretize practical solutions to care for female workers, at the program, the Nha Trang City Labor Federation officially signed and launched a health care welfare program exclusively for union members.
Accordingly, the Nha Trang City Labor Federation and Viet Han International Hospital Joint Stock Company will cooperate to support health care for union members with 11,000 discount coupons from 5% to 20% for union members in Nha Trang City (applicable to additional discounts on current preferential medical examination packages). The discount level applied to all medical examination packages depends on the specific regulations of the Clinic and will be notified directly to union members via information on the QR code...
At the same time, 500 vouchers for women's and reproductive health care services (worth VND 1,660,000/voucher) were given to female union members with 8 free categories. The union member health care welfare agreement is valid for 2 years with a total value of VND 830 million.
Immediately after the signing ceremony, experts and doctors also shared with many female union officials knowledge about health care and beauty for women in the 4.0 era, guided skincare steps at home, performed free skin examinations for female union members, helping women better understand their skin and receive useful advice.
