On the occasion of Workers' Month, Thanh Xuan District Labor Federation organized a ceremony to honor Good Workers who are innovative, creative and actively participate in emulation movements among workers and civil servants in the district.
It is known that grassroots trade unions have selected 1,168 good workers to reward at the grassroots level and considered and proposed that the District Labor Federation reward and commend 30 good workers on the occasion of Workers' Month. The District Labor Federation proposes and will have 3 good workers to be honored by the City Labor Federation as good workers in the capital.
In Ba Dinh district, from the voting results and introductions of the grassroots union, 132 workers were honored as District-level Good Workers and 1 worker was proposed to be awarded the title of Good Workers of the Capital by the City.
These are workers who directly work in production at enterprises in economic sectors in the district. Whether they are welders, electricians, goldsmiths, mechanical workers, tailors or drivers, equipment operators, surveilers, chefs, security guards, marketing staff, receptionists, sales staff, designers, consultants, accountants... they all strive and contribute their intelligence.
Good workers, initiatives and creativity are rewarded on the occasion of Workers' Month, not only as motivation for other workers to strive but also as an encouragement for themselves to make more contributions to production labor.
