On July 19, information from the Trade Union of Pou Sung Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Bau Xeo Industrial Park, An Vien Commune) said that the company's trade union has just coordinated with the Dong Nai Provincial Federation of Labor to organize a training course on the Law on Social Insurance 2024, effective from July 1, 2025.
The class has more than 200 union members who are key officers and propagandists of the company, aiming to raise awareness of the rights of workers in participating in and enjoying the Social Insurance regime.
At the training session, representatives of the Dong Nai Provincial Trade Union Legal Consulting Center shared important updates on the changes in the newly amended and supplemented Law on Social Insurance that employees need to understand.
The training course has helped employees at the company better understand their rights and obligations in the Vietnamese social insurance system.
