The workshop on Effective Workplace Dialogue and Collective Bargaining Skills for brand representatives, business leaders, union officials and workers.
The training content combines the theory and practical experience of the Dutch trade union with experiential exercises to help students. Notably, the learning experience of organizing dialogues at the workplace in the Netherlands; improving communication skills, platforms for effective dialogue and negotiation practices; systematizing knowledge of dialogue at the workplace, collective bargaining and practicing negotiation skills in labor relations to find solutions that benefit both employees and employers...
The program aims to improve dialogue capacity at the workplace, collective bargaining skills and seek a common voice between union representatives - employer representatives - brand representatives. This is an activity in an effort to promote harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
