30 delegates who are key leaders of the National Federation of Trade Unions of Cambodia and the Federation of Trade Unions of Cambodia participated in the training program on AI application in the production of trade union communication products launched by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) on the morning of December 2, in Ho Chi Minh City.
Speaking at the opening of the training program, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Huynh Thanh Xuan emphasized that in recent years, the strong development of artificial intelligence has created a profound transformation in all areas of social life.
For the communication sector, artificial intelligence is not only a supporting technology, but has truly become a new resource, changing the way of creating, distributing and evaluating information effectively. Artificial Intelligence will help increase efficiency, reduce time and costs, improve the quality of communication products, and increase the ability to interact with union members and workers through social networks.

Hopefully, this training course will not only provide practical knowledge and skills for students, but also contribute to strengthening and developing the friendly relationship between trade union organizations of the two countries in the digital age, together striving to successfully complete the tasks of trade union organizations of each country, Vice President of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Huynh Thanh Xuan said.
Representing Cambodia, Mr. Soung Houts - Senior Advisor to the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training of Cambodia, Senior Advisor to the Federation of Trade Unions of Cambodia - informed about some activities of the Cambodian trade union.
Mr. Soung Houts also recalled the close relationship between the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the National Trade Union Federation of Cambodia, and expressed his gratitude for the attention and support of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor through training for Cambodian trade union officials.

Mr. Chhin Sony - Chairman of the Cambodian Trade Union Federation - expressed his gratitude to the Government and the Vietnam Volunteer Army for liberating Cambodia from the brutal Pon Pot regime in 1979 and making extremely valuable contributions to the lives of the Cambodian people.
Mr. Chhin Sony also suggested that Cambodian Trade Union officials attending the training course take a minute of silence to pay tribute to the soldiers of the Vietnam Volunteer Army who sacrificed their lives in the process of liberating the Cambodian people from elimination.

Mr. Chhin Sony informed about some activities of the Cambodian Trade Union Federation and expressed his gratitude for the support of the Vietnam Trade Union in improving the qualifications of Cambodian Trade Union officials.
