The number of aging workers in Hanoi increased rapidly from 4.12 million in 2019 to 4.15 million in 2024 and is estimated to reach 4.2 million in 2025. The labor force participation rate is 63-65%, reflecting the high level of willingness to work of the people.
The Hanoi Employment Service Center said that when the City Employment Information Portal is put into operation, the consulting system at the facility and the annual job transaction network will be completed into a three-storey structure: the City-level digital platform, consulting and recruitment activities at the facility and the multi-regional transaction session system.
