Creating maximum conditions for creative workers
Mr. Bui Trung Kien is currently an automation engineer, working for a company specializing in supporting industries located in Ha Dong district (Hanoi).
Having been in business for more than 10 years, Mr. Kien said that his boss - also a senior who studied at Hanoi University of Science and Technology - created him the conditions to freely create at work.
Even since 2020, each year the company has allowed me to use a maximum fund of VND300 million to experiment and apply new initiatives in my work. Of course, to use this amount of money, I have to have a specific project and plan. Since 2020, I have only experimented with the new production plan for 1 year without success, the remaining 3 years have had good results. In 2025, we will conduct a pilot initiative in July, said Mr. Kien.
According to Mr. Kien, for workers, the encouragement, motivation and facilitation of business owners are extremely important. Without companionship and encouragement in both material and spiritual aspects, I believe that most workers just hope to finish their work and go home, not wanting to contribute more or work overtime. My boss is 6 years older than me, apart from work, we consider each other as close brothers. I can freely share new ideas and new work plans. The director himself also gave me many important comments, helping me to better adjust my ideas and initiatives, said Mr. Kien.
The recognition of businesses - the most important lever
Mr. Quang Duc Viet, born in 1988, is currently the assistant Head of Quality Management Department - Denyo Vietnam Company Limited (Yen My District, Hung Yen Province). Thanks to his continuous efforts, Mr. Viet, who is a direct production worker, has a position in a 100% FDI enterprise.
At Denyo Company, where he has worked since March 2012, the biggest difficulty for employees, according to Mr. Viet, is applying theory to reality. In terms of advantages, he always has the companionship and support of superiors, and the teamwork spirit in the enterprise is also very good. "Not to mention, the grassroots trade union also promptly listens, grasps the aspirations of employees and has timely exchanges with business leaders, so we are even more confident," said Mr. Viet.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Cuc (born in 1987) joined Canon Electronics Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Hung Yen) in 2014 as an assembly worker, currently she is a productivity programmer in the automation department.
According to Ms. Cuc, for workers, the care and help of the company's leaders is always a great motivation and a support for each person to strive; that motivation also helps workers determined not to be dependent on the enthusiasm and trust of the leaders.
"For young workers, the attention of the Trade Union and the Company's leadership is extremely valuable. We have the opportunity to study and improve the professional qualifications, especially in FDI enterprises, this effort helps to narrow the gap between Vietnamese workers and foreign workers. Sticking with the company for 11 years, witnessing dozens of personnel that are created by the company to create training and learning to strive from the head of the room. or.
