On July 30th, at the 19th session of the People's Council (PC) of Da Nang City, term X, 2021-2026, the PC of Da Nang City approved the proposal from the People's Committee of Da Nang City regarding the policy to support funding for the construction of the Labor Culture House located in Son Tra district (Da Nang City).
In which the city council agreed on the policy to support no more than 50% from the city's budget (estimated not to exceed 26 billion VND) to combine with the funds from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to invest in the Labor Culture House project in the eastern part of the city (total estimated investment not to exceed 52 billion VND).
For the mini supermarket item, it is proposed to call for socialized investment.
The People's Committee of Da Nang City also requested the Da Nang City Labor Federation to work with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on the remaining funding as a basis to complete the investment procedures for the construction of the Labor Culture House in the eastern part of the city according to regulations.
Particularly note that the land area dedicated to culture is 6,434m, and the building height should not exceed 3 floors.
Investment items must comply with the Law on Management and Use of Public Property, adhere to design regulations according to the National Technical Regulations on Construction Planning, the National Technical Regulations on Urban Technical Infrastructure Works, and the National Standards for Sports Culture Houses.
