Time is included in the time holding the professional title of Grade III primary school teacher

The period to be included in the period of holding the professional title of primary school teacher grade III is stipulated in Circular 13/2024/TT-BGDDT.

According to Clause 2, Article 13 of Circular 13/2024/TT-BGDDT, the time included in the period of holding the professional title of grade III primary school teacher (code V.07.03.29) includes:

a) Time holding the professional title of primary school teacher grade III (code V.07.03.29);

b) Time for teachers to hold the professional title of primary school teacher grade III (code V.07.03.08);

c) Time for teachers to hold the professional title of grade IV primary school teacher (code V.07.03.09);

d) Time holding the rank of primary school teacher (code 15a.204);

d) Time holding the rank of primary school teacher (code 15.114);

e) Other times determined by competent authorities equivalent to the ranks and ranks specified in Point a, Point b, Point c, Point d, Point d of this Clause when teachers are transferred to the professional title of primary school teacher;

g) Working time in accordance with the provisions of law, with compulsory social insurance payment that meets the Government's regulations at Point d, Clause 1, Article 32 of Decree No. 115/2020/ND-CP has been amended and supplemented in Clause 16, Article 1 of Decree No. 85/2023/ND-CP.

The time is determined to be equivalent to the time holding the professional title of grade III primary school teacher, excluding probationary and probationary periods.
