Accordingly, to continue promoting monthly pension and social insurance payments through non-cash payment methods to facilitate people's access to social services, the City People's Committee proposed that the Social Insurance Region I preside over and coordinate with relevant units to continue to promote propaganda and encourage people eligible for monthly pension and social insurance benefits to register for bank accounts and receive pensions and social insurance benefits through monthly accounts.
At the same time, review and provide a list and specific information on cases receiving cash benefits according to commune-level administrative units to coordinate with relevant units to propagate and encourage people to register for bank accounts.
The City People's Committee requested the State Bank of Vietnam, Region I, to preside over and direct its affiliated banks to open accounts for people eligible for monthly pension and social insurance benefits.
Assign the City Police to coordinate in reviewing and cleaning up information on cases eligible for monthly pensions and social insurance benefits to contribute to digital transformation of the social insurance sector, promptly adjusting citizen information to ensure that population data is always "correct, sufficient, clean, and alive" to increase the effectiveness of crime prevention and control.
