According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Chairwoman of Tien Lang District Labor Federation, from 2022 to present, the work of developing the Party has been of interest to all levels of Tien Lang District Labor Union. The District Labor Federation directed grassroots unions to introduce 427 outstanding union members to the Party and admit 387 party members to the Party.
Most of the newly recruited party members have basic training, professional qualifications, strong political ideology, ethics, and a clean lifestyle. Many party members are key factors not only in performing tasks at companies and factories, but also have positive contributions to local activities.
On this occasion, Tien Lang District Labor Federation commended 66 exemplary workers who are Party members who have successfully completed their tasks in 2023 and 2024. Thereby, promptly recognizing the achievements of workers, encouraging workers to strive, achieve more achievements in labor, production, contributing to the work of Party building and building strong grassroots trade union organizations.
