I. LIVE PROGRAM "UNION TET MARKET 2025"
1. The program is directly organized by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
1.1. Time of organization: Expected from January 11 - 19, 2025 (from December 12 - 20, Giap Thin year).
1.2. Venue: Vietnam-Czech Republic Friendship Cultural Palace.
Address: No. 53 Lach Tray Street, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City
1.3. Scale: Expected about 200 booths (150 commercial booths, 50 food booths and booths displaying handicraft products).
1.4. Goods sold at the Program: Essential goods for Tet; consumer products, handicrafts; processed foods...
1.5. Participants: Union members, workers and people in Hai Phong City and neighboring provinces and cities.
2. The program is organized by Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations, Central Industry Trade Unions and equivalent.
2.1. Time of organization: According to specific plans of localities and units.
2.2. Venue: In provinces and cities.
2.3. Scale: Depending on the conditions of the locality and unit.
2.4. Goods sold at the Program: Essential goods for Tet; consumer products; processed foods...
2.5. Participants: Union members, employees and people in the province and city.
II. ONLINE PROGRAM "UNION TET MARKET 2025"
1. Time of organization: From 0:00 on December 20, 2024 to 24:00 on January 20, 2025 (from November 20 to December 21, year of the Dragon 2024).
2. Program website: “chotet.congdoan.vn”.
3. Organization scale: Nationwide.
4. Participants: Union members and employees of the Vietnam Trade Union system.
5. Subjects supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor
Number of supported units: 200,000 people.
- Support amount: 500,000 VND/person. Total support amount: 100 billion VND.
6. Goods sold at the Program
Goods serving the essential needs of employees during Tet and consumer products, specifically:
- Food: All kinds of rice, grains; dried foods for Tet (bamboo shoots, vermicelli, mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, dried agricultural products, etc.); cakes, jams, candies; packaged and canned processed foods; spices (salt, sugar, MSG, seasoning powder, soy sauce, fish sauce, chili sauce, etc.); other foods.
- Beverages: Beer, wine, soft drinks and other beverages.
- Gift wrapping, Tet gift baskets.
- Decorations and products related to Tet.
- Other products: Clothing, chemicals, household appliances...
7. How to participate in selling goods and making payments at the Program
- Step 1: Register to join the Program
Enterprises register to participate in the Program and sign an agreement to participate in the Program with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.
- Step 2: Create a booth on the Program's website
Businesses create booths on the Program's website and post information related to the business's goods sold on the Program.
- Step 3: Selling goods and delivering goods
The enterprise receives the order for goods and delivers the goods to the unit.
- Step 4: Pay for goods
For 200,000 units on the list supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor: The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor pays for the sale of goods to businesses according to the actual number of orders.
Note: For buyers other than the list of 200,000 units supported by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, businesses and buyers shall perform and be responsible for the purchase and sale of goods, payment and related rights and obligations.
III. RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF ENTERPRISES PARTICIPATING IN THE PROGRAM
1. Benefits
- Booth layout:
+ Online program "Union Tet Market 2025": Free booth.
+ Direct program "Union Tet Market 2025": Enterprises agree with the Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations, Central Industry Trade Unions and equivalent organizations.
- Introduce the company's brand to employees in the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor system.
- Get paid for selling goods according to agreement with union levels.
2. Business responsibilities
- Goods sold at the Program must be self-produced or imported, exchanged, purchased and sold by the enterprise and the goods must ensure safety, quality, clear origin, full invoices and documents, with expiry date (at least 6 months, allowed to circulate for goods sold at the online "2025 Trade Union Tet Market"), ensuring after-sales service.
- The price of goods sold at the Program must be at least 10% lower than the listed price on the business's products or the selling price on the normal market.
- Ensure the quantity of goods sold is sufficient to meet the needs of members and employees during the Program.
- The incentives are applied simultaneously with other promotional programs of the business (if any).
- Free shipping or partial support for shipping costs for 200,000 Union members receiving financial support from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to purchase goods at the online "2025 Trade Union Tet Market" Program.
- Carry out registration procedures for participation and payment and settlement of goods sales proceeds according to agreements with union levels.
- Send representatives to participate in Program implementation activities organized by trade unions at all levels when invited.
IV. REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
1. Online program "Trade Union Tet Market 2025"
- For businesses that have established grassroots unions:
+ Enterprises register to participate in the Program (according to the attached form) and send it to the Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations, Central Industry Trade Unions and equivalent;
+ Provincial and municipal Labor Federations, Central Industry Trade Unions and equivalents shall make a list of units participating in the Program (according to the attached form) and send it to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor before December 5, 2024.
- For other enterprises: Enterprises register to participate in the Program (according to the attached form) and send it to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (via the Labor Relations Department, 65 Quan Su, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) before December 5, 2024.
2. Live program "Union Tet Market 2025"
- Program directly organized by Vietnam General Confederation of Labor:
+ Enterprises that are partners signing a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor: Register to participate in the Program (according to the attached form) and send it to the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (via the Labor Relations Department, 65 Quan Su, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi) before December 10, 2024.
+ For other businesses: Register directly with the Hai Phong City Labor Federation before December 10, 2024.
- The program is organized by the Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations, Central and equivalent Industry Trade Unions: Enterprises registering to participate in the Program should contact directly the Provincial and Municipal Labor Federations, Central and equivalent Industry Trade Unions that organize the Program.
