Recruitment demand increases
In 2025, the demand for labor recruitment in Tra Vinh will increase due to new orders from enterprises. Processing, production and service companies need to recruit many workers with full benefits, contributing to job creation and promoting local economic development.
Mr. Cao Huu Trong Bac - Director of Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Investment & Production Joint Stock Company, specializing in leather shoe production - said that the company has received many new orders, increased output by more than 20% and needs to recruit 800-1,000 more workers.
According to Mr. Bac, Lefaso Company is ready to train inexperienced candidates to build a stable workforce.
"In addition to the salary, bonus, and insurance regime according to regulations, the company also supports gasoline, food, children's money, and toxic allowances for heavy work. A reasonable treatment will help attract and retain workers in the long term," Mr. Bac added.

In Cang Long district, a garment company also needs to recruit 200 more skilled workers to serve new orders.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Trang - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of New Increase Company Limited (VN), said that the company currently has more than 700 workers and needs to recruit 200 more workers due to increased production demand.
According to Ms. Trang, the monthly salary ranges from 7-10 million VND, including basic salary and productivity bonus, helping workers have a stable income.
In addition to attractive salaries, the company also has special incentive policies such as: timely bonuses in the contract, regular health check-ups twice a year and full insurance (health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance).
"The company prioritizes recruiting skilled and experienced candidates, but is also willing to train unskilled workers who have a spirit of learning and working hard," Ms. Trang added.
Support for finding jobs through electronic channels, directly
Mr. Trinh Minh Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Tra Vinh province - said that the demand for labor recruitment in 2025 will increase sharply because businesses in the province have new orders and expand production, the number of newly recruited workers is about 4,000 people.
According to Mr. Hung, to support the connection between workers and businesses, the provincial Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs is implementing job promotion activities through the department's electronic information pages and the provincial Employment Introduction Center.

The center will receive free records and consultations for employees, helping them find suitable jobs. Many job fairs will be organized in districts, towns and cities in Tra Vinh province, helping workers easily access job opportunities inside and outside the province.
"The Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs coordinates with departments, unions and grassroots unions to provide recruitment information to workers quickly and effectively, ensuring information is widely disseminated," Mr. Hung added.
