Mr. Ngo Ngoc Thuan - Deputy Director of Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company said that in 2024, the company overcame difficulties and entered a period of effective development, continued to pay more attention to the lives of union members and workers, and continuously improved wages and bonuses for workers.
In 2025, production orders have been received until September 2025. Therefore, the company is in need of recruiting 300 - 500 workers to serve the expansion of production orders. At the same time, it hopes that the workers and the company will exceed the assigned plan.
Also at the Tet Sum Vay program, Dong Nai Provincial Labor Federation and Dinh Quan District Labor Federation presented more than 300 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances and with serious illnesses, with the value of the gifts ranging from 1 to 2 million VND (including cash and gifts worth 300,000 VND).
Previously, Dong Phu Cuong Joint Stock Company announced the Lunar New Year bonus for employees in 2025, averaging more than 12 million VND/person, 4 million VND higher than last year.
