Attending the Conference were Ms. Tran Thu Phuong - Deputy Head of Propaganda Department - Female Congress of Vietnam Labor Federation and the Mission; leaders of provincial Labor Confederation and local trade union officials; Representative of the grassroots trade union of Nitori Vietnam Export Processing Enterprises in Ba Ria - Vung Tau Branch (referred to as the NORTORI grassroots college).

According to Ms. Tran Thu Phuong, the organization of dialogue at the workplace in order to improve the efficiency of trade union activities in caring and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of female workers, contributing to affirming the role of trade union organization.

This activity has previously been held in some localities such as Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City ... or unions. This year, the activity is expanded in Ba Ria - Vung Tau and Nitori is the first enterprise to implement this model.

At the conference, the representative of Nitori Community College reported the implementation situation in recent years. Currently, businesses have 3,277/4,366 workers as female workers. Along with production and business activities, Nitori Community College always accompanies the business leadership of the business to take care of the life of workers, especially the regime and welfare for female workers.

For example, businesses have dormitories for female workers in free; arrange breast pump for female workers who are raising children; Examining obstetrics and gynecology for female workers every year and many other programs and care activities.

However, there are still some contents that have not met the wishes of workers, Nitori grassroots grassroots grassroots will organize dialogue and propose to business leaders to have more support and ensure security in workers.

Delegates attending the Conference discussed, raising many comments for the organization of the upcoming dialogue, scheduled to take place on April 16.
