Traffic safety propaganda program for workers was carried out at New Apparel Far Eastern Company Limited (Vietnam).
Attending the propaganda session were Mr. Nguyen Huu Dai - Head of the Propaganda Department - Women's Union of the Provincial Labor Federation; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Bao - Captain of the Traffic Police Department of Binh Phuoc Provincial Police; Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Chi - President of the Trade Union of New Apparel Far Eastern Co., Ltd. and nearly 200 union members and employees of the company.
At the propaganda session, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ngoc Bao propagated to workers about the role of traffic compliance, basic contents of the Road Traffic Law and traffic compliance situation in the locality; and instructed some common basic mistakes of traffic participants.
Through propaganda, help union members and workers raise awareness, strictly comply with the Road Traffic Law, absolutely do not drink alcohol when driving a motor vehicle, do not let traffic violations and accidents occur.
At the same time, remind union members and workers to be aware and strictly manage their children and absolutely not to give their children vehicles when they are not qualified to drive motorbikes or mopeds in traffic.
Also at the program, Mr. Nguyen Huu Dai - Head of the Propaganda and Women's Union of Binh Phuoc Province Labor Federation conveyed to workers about the position and role of the trade union organization. Some core contents, targets, and breakthroughs of the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union and the Resolution of the 11th Congress of the Provincial Trade Union, term 2023-2028.
Also at the propaganda session, more than 200 leaflets were distributed to promote the Resolution of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Resolution of the 11th Congress of the Provincial General Confederation of Labor, term 2023-2028; Leaflets were distributed to promote the prevention of crimes of theft, robbery, fraud and appropriation of property, warning about social evils and drug crimes to workers.
