On October 18, to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day, the Trade Union of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company, the Women's Union, and the Youth Union of the Company jointly organized the final round of the contest "Honoring the beauty of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest".

The contest, which was launched on September 17, attracted 25 pairs of contestants from 27 affiliated units. Through the online selection round, the Organizing Committee selected 15 pairs of contestants to compete in the Vietnamese Ao Dai performance, talent competition, creative costume competition and behavioral competition.

As one of the 8 pairs of contestants who made it to the final round, today Ms. Drao Hen - a worker at Sanvinest Khanh Hoa Raw Material Processing Factory is no longer as bewildered as she was on the qualifying round day. She confidently and seductively showed off the beauty of a girl from the mountainous district of Khanh Vinh. From a diligent female worker who does bird's nest processing every day, she now shines on the stage in a flowing ao dai...

And Ms. Drao Hen and the 7 couples entering the final round could not hide the joy and happiness in their eyes and smiles when receiving enthusiastic cheers from hundreds of female colleagues below the stage.

That is also the purpose that the organizers of the contest hope for when building a spiritual and cultural playground to encourage workers in general and female workers in the whole company to express their spiritual beauty, talent, creativity, and behavioral skills in their work and life.

Encourage female workers to assert themselves

According to Ms. Trinh Thi Hong Van - Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company, in 2013, the Women's Association of Khanh Hoa Salanganes Nest Company was established to identify the important role of women in the construction and development of the Company. This is the only Women's Association of enterprises in 63 provinces and cities across the country, playing an important role in promoting economic development.

The entire company currently has more than 2,500 female workers. In 28 affiliated units, there are 3 factories with female workers accounting for 80 - 90%. With the specific job, the Company has implemented preferential policies for women such as: paying additional allowances, health protection rest regimes...

In particular, female workers here are encouraged to participate in scientific innovation projects and improve their professional qualifications. Many scientific topics at the grassroots, provincial and state levels are participated by women as project leaders and are applied practically in production and business activities, bringing high economic efficiency. Every year, the Board of Directors of the enterprise honors outstanding female officers and employees in production and business activities.
