The DUBlist feature on the two latest Apple Watch models, Series 9 and Ultra 2, allows users to perform many tasks such as answering calls, switching songs, surfing to check notifications, moving back and forth between apps... just by tapping the two points of the index finger and the second.
Control your Apple Watch with hand gestures without interacting with the watch face that Apple has applied since previous models. However, to use it, users need to go through many setup steps, making the experience not really complete.
Apple has equipped many new technologies in both hardware and software just to enhance the DUB CLink experience and has been named the default feature of the two latest Apple Watchs.
Therefore, DUBlain promises to bring many new and more convenient experiences to users, while opening a new trend for the use of smartwatches.
To get the same DUB CLICK experience on the two latest models, older Apple Watch users need to perform some customization in the Watch app on the iPhone connected to the watch.
There are two ways to set it up: through the AssisiveTouch or express response section.
Here are detailed instructions and explanations for each approach
Quick action
Step 1: Access the "Watch" application on your phone.
Step 2: Pull down until you see the "assistant" section and then select.
Step 3: Select the Quick Work section and move to Stop status.
At this time, users can perform some tasks by linking the two tips of the index finger and the thumb together. This feature can only perform a few basic tasks such as answering and finishing calls, taking photos, ... not as flexible and diverse as "DUBlink". However, the physical experience is said to be almost the same.
AssisiveTouch
Step 1: Access the "Watch" application on your phone.
Step 2: Pull down until you see the "assistant" section and then select.
Step 3: Enter the AssisiveTouch section and move to Stop status.
Step 4: Select the Index section below and go to In+ status.
Step 5: Establish enhancing hand gestures for tasks depending on the user's purpose.
This feature will allow users to perform more hand gestures to control Apple Watch. They can be personalized according to the needs and purposes of the user.
