On November 29, information from the Ministry of Justice said that Deputy Minister Dang Hoang Oanh chaired a meeting on public investment disbursement.
According to the report on the implementation and disbursement of the 2025 capital plan of the Ministry of Justice, as of November 27, the Ministry has completed the assignment and adjustment of the 2025 Public Investment Plan in accordance with regulations.
The public investment capital payment situation, based on data taken from the Budget Management Information System and the Treasury and investor reports, the disbursed projects have reached over 75% (the average disbursement rate nationwide is 56.6%).
Regarding the implementation of developing a detailed disbursement plan per week, applying information technology in the report, the Department of Planning and Finance has advised the issuance of Document No. 6776/BTP- KHTC to send to units to guide the implementation of the plan development and report in detail the disbursement results per week.
The Planning and Finance Department has built an online reporting form for units to proactively update reports and disbursement data as a basis for assessing the discipline and order of units every week.
At the same time, coordinate with the Department of Information Technology to include disbursement data in the Ministry's IOC system, units and leaders of the Ministry can view the disbursement data when logged into the Ministry's IOC system.

To ensure the disbursement plan, Deputy Minister of Justice Dang Hoang Oanh requested the Department of Planning and Finance and the Department of Civil Judgment Enforcement Management to continue to closely monitor and urge the disbursement situation of each project periodically every week; evaluate the disbursement plan to report to the Ministry's leaders every week; promptly inspect and work with units to handle and overcome the disbursement plan in case the implementation results do not meet the plan.
At the same time, it is recommended that units promote the implementation and disbursement of capital plans in accordance with commitments and disbursement plans reported to the Ministry; for unresolved problems, they should promptly report to the Ministry's leaders for solutions.
