On November 29, a survey team of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics led by Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Permanent Deputy Director of the Academy surveyed the space of Pho Hien Street, serving the preparation of the Scientific Conference on the recreation of Pho Hien Port Heritage and the Pho Hien Port Heritage Urban Park Project.
In the program, the team conducted a field survey of the heritage center axis of the special national relic complex of Hanoi Monument; learned about the typical relic system such as the bell pagoda, Mau pagoda, Tran pagoda, Temple of Literature, Temple of Literature, Dong Do Quang Hoi, Nhan To tree, Hien pagoda, Hien communal house...
These are important traces reflecting the rich history, culture and international visitors of the ancient port. After that, the survey team of the area planned to plan the expansion of Pho Hien port commercial space, evaluated the architectural - landscape factors, population density, urban beautification capabilities, the connection between the heritage area and the center of the old Hung Yen city, heritage park urban planning plans, along with the traffic infrastructure system and connecting routes.
Experts and consulting units have made many proposals such as determining the boundaries of heritage spaces and protective belts; developing regulations for architectural management, special landscapes; prioritizing the reconstruction of ancient urban space based on historical documents; combining digital technology in restoring commercial space...

Associate Professor, Dr. Doan Minh Huan acknowledged the ideas and orientations of the province, emphasizing the great historical, cultural and commercial value of Hanoi - a bustling international port in the 16th - 17th centuries.
He suggested that the province continue to study a modern overall management model; clarify the orientation of restoration, reconstruction or reconstruction; strengthen regional linkages; develop specific tourism products; and ensure the reconstruction is based on science, historical documents and experts' opinions.
The provincial leaders affirmed their determination to implement the project to promote the heritage value of Hien Street, building Hung Yen urban area into a cultural - tourism center of the Red River Delta.
Departments and branches are requested to fully absorb expert opinions, develop planning orientations and implementation solutions suitable to reality; at the same time, prepare documents and materials for the upcoming Scientific Conference and coordinate the implementation of the next steps of the project.
