In the context of the ongoing legal battle with Twitter, Tesla CEO Elon Musk revealed: "interaction with recent Twitter accounts is much lower."
In another tweet on his personal page, Musk wrote: " Tesla + Twitter -> Twizzler". The billionaire's tweet has received many responses.
Some users have expressed agreement with Elon Musk, but most of the responses have come back when they felt the billionaire was showing too confusingly, saying that Twitter's "deadline" was reflected in the level of reduced interaction on the platform.
It is known that Twitter has filed a petition to promote the litigation process and request a four-day trial in September after Elon Musk decided to withdraw from the $44 billion takeover deal.
However, the legal team of the Tesla CEO opposed the proposal.
According to many sources, Twitter filed a lawsuit to prohibit Elon Musk from violating additional terms and force him to fulfill his legal obligations to complete the merger when the conditions he set out were met.
The lawsuit marks the start of a protracted legal battle as Twitter seeks to force Elon Musk to comply with the deal, paying $24.20 per share of the company.
Accordingly, Twitter is receiving support from law firm M&Aistenell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, accusing Musk of seeking to escape the deal. This is what caused a "serious impact" on the platform.
Elon Musk announced the termination of the $44 billion "deal" in a letter sent to Twitter in early July.
The main reason is Twitter's authenticity when it claimed that fewer than 5% of accounts on the platform were Bot or junk letters. Elon Musk has publicly accused the company of violating the merger agreement and threatened to abandon the acquisition for not providing the data he requested on fake spam accounts.
Twitter has also denied and stated in legal documents that the Tesla CEO did not carefully read the summary provided by the company on how to calculate the number of bot.
