Garmin updates new features for smartwatches in December 2024 update.

Garmin - the famous smartwatch manufacturer, has just released the December 2024 update with many new features for its watch lines.

Garmin products, especially the Garmin Forerunner 265/965 models, have always been highly regarded in the running community.

These watches were fully featured from the start but Garmin is constantly improving and bringing new updates through updates.

According to a new report, Garmin has just released a December update that brings three new features worth checking out. First, users can now track their meditation sessions, which is a great tool for managing stress and anxiety.

Additionally, devices are getting smarter at tracking workouts. By using metrics like threshold heart rate, users can more accurately assess their body’s stress levels and tailor their workouts to be more effective.

Finally, there's a new addition: Garmin Coach now includes strength training plans. This feature helps you create workout routines, all guided by the app to fit the user's fitness goals.

According to Garmin's news release, the latest update will be rolling out to compatible devices in the coming weeks.
