Many web services with a large number of users using Google's cloud platform are affected, such as: Twitch of Amazon, Weights and Biases of CoreWeave; Discord chat app, Snapchat, platform for developers GitHub of Microsoft, Spotify e-commerce software provider or content distribution and web security network provider Cloudflare. In addition, some OpenAI products using Google Cloud were also affected.
Regarding this issue, Google said, "We are experiencing service problems with many Google Cloud Platform (GCP) products and the technical team is continuing to handle the issue."
OpenAI - the company behind ChatGPT also confirmed that it had problems with one-time login and other login methods. The unit said the technical team is working to minimize the incident.
