Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh recently had a working session with Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung on the development of a Virtual Assistant for reviewing legal documents.
Also attending the meeting, on the side of the Ministry of Information and Communications were Deputy Minister Pham Duc Long, representatives of the National Digital Transformation Agency, CMC Technology Consulting Company; on the side of the Ministry of Justice were Director of the Information Technology Department Pham Quang Hieu and representatives of the Department of Inspection of Legal Documents.
At the meeting, the two sides initially discussed the development of modules of the Virtual Assistant software to support the work of checking, reviewing and appraising legal documents. In particular, focusing on features to search for documents, articles, clauses, points with related content in legal documents...
At the same time, the two sides discussed and clarified a number of criteria to continue perfecting the Virtual Assistant software.
At the end of the working session, Minister Nguyen Hai Ninh expressed his hope that the parties will continue to actively coordinate to complete the Virtual Assistant software for early use, contributing to the goal of promoting digital transformation of the Ministry of Justice in the coming time.
Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung acknowledged the efforts of the parties in the software research and development phase; at the same time, agreed that the parties would sign a cooperation agreement to soon complete the Virtual Assistant software, contributing to reducing search time and increasing labor productivity.
