Mr. Phi Anh Tuan - Head of DXCenter's Enterprise Digital Transformation Department pointed out that the biggest concern of SME businesses in Vietnam is finding a suitable digital transformation model, because there are too many platforms, consultant. If the choice is not correct, businesses will waste a lot of time and money.

"There are too many solutions from Vietnamese solutions to international solutions and businesses do not have enough information to choose the right solution and cannot predict the possibility of future expansion," Mr. Tuan emphasized.
According to Ms. Dao Thi Hong Le, Director of Tokyo Tech Lab Vietnam, SMEs are facing many challenges when implementing digital transformation activities from investment costs for new technology, lack of synchronous infrastructure. , risk of data leak, lack of human resources...
That causes the digital transformation process of SMEs in Vietnam to take place slower than potential, and stronger support from the Government and relevant agencies is needed to promote this change.
