Could you tell us what benefits the transfer of thousands of Nvidia super chips to FPT's first AI factory in Vietnam will bring to the development and application of AI in Vietnam?
- Artificial intelligence will change the world, change the way we live, work, study... AI in general and generative AI in particular bring value to businesses and people. Every business and every Vietnamese person will have an "AI assistant" accompanying them in their daily tasks, helping to increase productivity and improve life experiences.
From a business perspective, FPT cooperates with the world's most valuable enterprise - Nvidia to deploy AI Factory. The combination of computing capacity of billions of calculations on paper and FPT's understanding of industries, fields and technology solutions helps businesses improve their research capacity, accelerate the application of AI, especially Generative AI.
This will also help businesses increase 10 times their operational productivity, service quality, and creativity; create AI personnel with many different task purposes in just a few minutes or hours depending on the complexity of the work.
For example, previously it took an insurance company 20 minutes to complete the insurance claim process for customers, now it only takes 2 minutes, not only improving operational efficiency but also improving customer experience.
Or the story of human resource training, if we train a team of 14,000 pharmacists nationwide using AI (Mentor) through a new, flexible, proactive and personalized learning method according to the capacity of each employee, the quality of knowledge will increase by 15% to correctly identify disease symptoms and accurately cut doses; increase average productivity by 30%; reduce training costs by 80% nationwide.
From the beneficiary's perspective, personal health care such as remote health check-ups and monitoring; medication reminders; appointment scheduling. The AI assistant has made 1,500,000 calls/month with a 98.9% call connection success rate.
Integrating AI technology in the field of learning, AI Mentor will help improve the quality of education thanks to the ability to personalize learning content, while supporting the testing process for students. Through short daily assessments (5-10 questions), AI Mentor will analyze the quality of the learner's knowledge, thereby suggesting appropriate learning content and paths, helping each student understand their own strengths and weaknesses and quickly improve. Based on the learning curriculum, AI Mentor can easily generate a variety of questions and answers for students to practice and evaluate their knowledge.
Sir, after Nvidia CEO came to Vietnam and transferred the first batch of chips to FPT, what products will FPT develop for export and development orientation?
