Hanoi On the occasion of the World Innovation Day (April 21, 2025), the open Science and Technology Forum on the iHanoi platform will be officially put into operation.

Following the direction of the Hanoi People's Committee on organizing the "Open Science and Technology Forum" integrated on Ihanoi application, the Department of Science and Technology has cooperated with the Hanoi Public Administration Service Center and Viettel Military Industry - Telecommunications Group to build and perfect this forum.

Previously, on April 10, 2025, the forum was opened for public testing on the iHanoi application to review and evaluate the system for the last time.

"Open Science and Technology Forum" is a space for people, community of scientists, businesses, start -up organizations, educational - training institutions, research institutes and social organizations to participate in proposing and discussing initiatives related to science, technology, innovation and digital transformation. These initiatives will contribute to promoting the development of the above areas, creating a strong motivation for socio -economic growth and improving the quality of life in Hanoi.

The forum is designed as an open space where every individual and organization can proactively propose ideas and initiatives in the fields of science and technology.

One of the highlights of the forum is the two -way interaction mechanism between people and management agencies. Accordingly, participants can post an initiative with the description, preliminary theoretical basis or practical application. After being received and preliminarily appraised by the specialized agency, appropriate initiatives will be approved and posted publicly on the forum.

Here, the community can monitor, interact, show interest through the forms of "likes", "comment", contribute ideas, evidence or share related experiences. This exchange process helps initial initial initiative not only improved but also has the opportunity to access incubators, connect and deploy in practice.

People can participate in the "Open Science and Technology Forum" through Ihanoi application, currently available on CH Play (Android) and App Store (iOS).
