Ca Mau - Experts and business owners share how to use advanced AI tools to create attractive content to promote Ca Mau tourism.

On November 20, the Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center of Ca Mau province (iPEC) coordinated with relevant units to organize a conference on trade connection, a meeting of tourism businesses combined with a talk show to share experiences in effective tourism in Ca Mau province in 2024.

Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Tieu Minh Tien - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Ca Mau province - emphasized: Ca Mau encourages travel businesses to be creative in building new tours, routes and tourism products, creating a close network of connections with partners inside and outside the province. At the same time, promoting initiatives, sharing technological knowledge, especially the application of high technology in promoting and developing eco-tourism and community tourism, along with experience in attracting international visitors, helping to make Ca Mau an attractive destination on the tourism map.

At the conference, speakers were experts and business owners, presenting how to use advanced AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini... to create attractive content (videos, images, status) to promote tourist destinations, restaurants, hotels. Along with that, speakers also shared strategies to optimize business presence on search platforms and AI tools, helping to improve marketing efficiency and reach target customers.

Speaker Nguyen Doan Minh Duc - Moderator of Tinhte.vn Science and Technology Forum - spoke on the topic "Application of AI technology and data in tourism promotion"; speaker Duong Minh Binh - Director of CBT Travel - with the topic "Laying the foundation for sustainable tourism business"; speaker Tran Van Bi - Founder & CEO of Ba Ngoai Homestay - spoke on the topic "Experience in attracting international tourists to Ca Mau".

According to Mr. Duong Minh Binh, Ca Mau tourism has many advantages in terms of nature and people that cannot be found anywhere else. Tourism facilities only need to adjust a little more to develop strongly.

Within the framework of the conference, there is also a program connecting trade and meeting tourism businesses "Ca Mau Tourism - Accompanying development" to create opportunities for exchange and discussion between tourism businesses.

Here, businesses shared the difficulties, obstacles and challenges they are facing in the context of an increasingly competitive and volatile tourism market. Thereby, representatives of leaders of departments, branches, and iPEC received opinions, recommendations and proposals from businesses, in order to advise and provide appropriate support solutions.

The program also proposed a plan for tourism in 2025 with many contributions and proposals, with the goal of promoting sustainable development and enhancing the competitiveness of Ca Mau tourism in the domestic and international markets.

On this occasion, travel businesses and tourism service providers signed a strategic cooperation agreement, marking an important step in building a long-term and sustainable cooperative relationship, contributing to promoting the development of Ca Mau tourism industry.
